CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
The prepayment should represent the full cost of lodging and organization and at least 50 per cent of due game taxes. This amount should be paid about 6 weeks before the starting date. The final accounts should take place directly after hunting on the basis of the hunting protocol. Sorry we accept only cash payments.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes of program, dates, number of participants, as well as cancellations that take place less the 35 days before the beginning of hunting will cause the following costs:

- For hunter: 500 euro;
- For non-hunter: 300 euro;

We reserve ourselves the right to cancel hunting if we have not received the money deposit on our account in time.

If Assisto has to change or cancel a hunt, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Should this occur the client has to inform Assisto in reasonable time if intending to make a claim for compensation. If this is not done, the right to advance a claim is dropped. The client has no right to advance any claim if a possible change or cancellation has been drawn to their attention when the hunt was booked, or if the changes are caused by an unauthorized third person and Assisto could not have foreseen or prevented it.

BRINGING OF THE HUNTING ARMS INTO POLAND
Each hunter going hunting to Poland should obtain at the Polish Consulate special personal permit allowing him to bring arms and ammunition into Poland.
UE citizens to bring arms and ammunition into Poland should obtain eurepean hunting license.

THE PROTOCOLE OF HUNTING
fter the last day of hunting and the evaluation of trophies the protocol of hunting is being written out specifying quantity, type and quality of game shot as well as other services accompanying hunting and tourist services, if any.

The protocol is the basic document for:

- exportation of the trophies without customs charges;
- The final billing;
- as annex for the possible claims of each party;

The evaluation of the antlers is made 24 hours after having finished the preparation. In case of earlier departure of the hunter the evaluation of trophies has to be made earlier and the hunter has no right to any weight discount claims.

If the hunter takes the whole head of the shot animal, the weight of head and estimated weight of trophy should be written down.

If the hunters the whole head of wild-boar tusker, the calculation of the length of tusks are based on the rule: the visible part of tasks makes 1/3 of their total length.

CLAIMS
Any claims that refer to the realization of hunting, or any other services can be considered by our agency only if they are included in the protocol of hunting (signed by the representative of our agency and the hunt organizer).
